If I don't have a discharge can I still wear a pantyliner?Yes, pantyliners as the name says are no more than an extra layer in your panty. As they have been designed for everyday use it's perfectly OK to use them also on days where you don't experience discharge - just to feel fresh and comfortable all day long.

I have eczema can I use pantyliners? Even the Black ones? If you suffer from eczema we recommend that you consult your doctor for treatment. There is no causal link between eczema and pantyliner use. The Alldays Black pantyliner has undergone safety testing. Alldays Black has been dermatologically tested and the pigment used in the Alldays Black pantyliner is approved by the EC for cosmetic use without any restrictions. If you are not sure about which product is suitable for your skin, we recommend you to consult your doctor.

Can I use a pantyliner if I already have an infection? Yes, you can use a pantyliner, Alldays pantyliner don't have an influence on existing vaginal infections because the use of Alldays pantyliners does not affect the vaginal microflora. If you suffer from a genital infection and/or a sexually transmitted infection it is best to see you doctor for medical treatment and counselling as needed.
